Our maintenance and support contracts provide peace of mind for our clients and guaranteed turnaround times for development work. Work varies from regular updates, security scans, bug fixing, building new features, telephone support and crisis management.
If you don't use your retained development hours in a month, we allow them to rollover for three months. We guarantee to respond to a support request within 24 hours and we provide timesheets at the end of the month for transparency.
