Norwegian Log Buildings approached us with a challenge: to revamp their branding, overhaul their website, and enhance their digital strategy.
Historically, their website served as a brochure site without a strategic focus on conversions. Our mission was clear: pre-qualify enquiries and boost showroom bookings.
Norwegian Log Buildings had been carrying an outdated brand identity since the 1980s, leading to confusion about their product offerings. We conducted brand workshops, collaborating closely with the owner and sales director. Together, we defined core values, crafted a compelling positioning statement, designed a resonant strap-line, clarified product categorisation and developed a distinct tone of voice.
We introduced the emotive strap-line, “Buildings for Life,” emphasising the enduring quality of their products and the life-changing possibilities they offer. To further evoke the brand’s essence, we crafted an inspirational story entitled ‘The Norwegian Log Effect,’ painting a vivid picture of what it feels like to be inside one of their log buildings.
CLD designed the website to showcase the quality of the buildings and educate users about the planning permissions associated with log cabins. The website tells the story of the Norwegian Log brand, but also tells the stories of their many happy customers. From yoga studios to family homes, the site is packed with case studies to provide inspiration and information for prospective customers.
The site is entirely bespoke, built using our favourite content management system - Craft CMS.
Sales collateral and brand manual
As well as the website and digital marketing we support the sales team with the design and production of marketing collateral. We worked closely with the team at Norwegian Log to design product brochures for the garden buildings and log homes range.
