A giant growth strategy
The ambitious growth strategy is driven mainly by paid search and SEO but conversion rate optimisation and competitor analysis also play an important role. ‘Traffic to lead conversion’ and ‘Lead to customer conversion’ are both important metrics that we report on.
UX analysis improves conversion rates
Our UX analysts looked in particular at the quote process and designed a more intuitive user journey for both desktop and mobile. This involved creating swipe-able modules for selecting a unit size on mobile phones and tablets.
A combative paid search strategy
We developed an aggressive Adwords strategy that would ensure maximum visibility for Storage Giant for our target keywords. With more ads being displayed, and more users shifting to mobile - Google Ads became more important for the business.
Closed-loop Reporting Improves Decision-Making
We worked with the team at Storage Giant to develop closed-loop reporting. This means we can directly match ad spend and organic performance for each storage facility with square footage sold and the number of ‘move-ins’ each month.
This helped us analyse stores which need more activity, and which activity drove the biggest number of move-ins. It also helped Storage Giant understand market demand, reaction to offers, and how in-store teams are converting quotes received online.
